The NourishFix meal planner · free during the beta, to 31 December 2026
One meal for the whole table. Planned around everyone's health.
Most meal planners plan for one person. NourishFix plans for your household: a parent with diabetes, a partner cutting salt, a vegetarian teenager, a four-year-old. Then it shows exactly where each plate differs.

What makes NourishFix different
Built for the way real households eat.
Recipe apps store meals. Diet apps plan for one person with one goal. NourishFix does what neither does.
1
One meal, every plate
Cook once for everyone. Each plate is adapted to that person’s goal, diet, intolerances and age, and the app tells you how.
2
Two goals in one plan
Diabetes and high blood pressure? Plan for both at once. Also PMOS, GLP‑1 medicines, weight and everyday healthy eating.
3
Safety questions built in
It asks about insulin, kidney disease, pregnancy, allergies and eating-disorder history, and plans with your answers in mind.
4
It shows its working
Every meal says why it’s there, with carbs and sodium measured against your own guide, per meal and per day.
5
Plans for tired days
A no-cook meal in minutes, quicker swaps on hard days, and cook-once-eat-twice nights built into the week.
6
Learns, but asks first
Your 👍 and 👎, what’s in your kitchen and what the shop didn’t have all shape the next plan. Nothing changes without your yes.
No AI guesswork. Every meal comes from checked recipes, and every number is estimated from standard food tables (USDA FoodData Central, plus the UK’s CoFID and Australia’s AFCD for made foods that differ there), not made up.
1 · The Household Meal Adapter
One pan. Four different plates.
Tell NourishFix who’s at the table: their goals, diets, allergies, intolerances and the children’s ages. It picks meals that share easily and shows, plate by plate, what to do differently: add the cheese at the end, serve the rice on the side, cook one person’s protein in its own pan.
Anyone’s allergies are kept out of the whole meal, not just their plate. Children get their own portion size, and tips for under-fours such as halving small round foods.
Diabetes-friendly: a smaller scoop of rice and more vegetables, so the meal sits in your carb range.
Lower sodium: low-sodium soy sauce, added at the table.
Vegetarian: tofu instead of turkey, cooked in its own pan.
Age 4–8: a child's portion, cut small, without the chilli.
2 and 4 · Two goals, shown working
Two goals. One plan. No black box.
Pick a main goal and a second one. Every meal is chosen with both in mind, and each one shows its carbs and sodium against your own guide, so you can see why it’s on your plan.
Use the app’s starting ranges, or enter your care team’s numbers: your own carb range per meal, or your own sodium limit for the day.
3 · Safety questions built in
The questions that matter, asked up front.
Most meal apps never ask. NourishFix asks a few short questions at the start, and plans with your answers in mind.
Do you use insulin?
It warns when a carb range could be too low for you, and reminds you to agree big changes with your care team.
Kidney disease?
It notes that your needs may differ, and leaves out very high-potassium meals if your clinician has set a limit.
Pregnant?
It flags foods to take care with, such as unpasteurised cheese, deli meats and soft-yolk eggs.
Eating-disorder history?
It doesn’t offer weight-management plans, and keeps calorie counts out of sight.
Allergies at the table?
Kept out of the whole meal, for everyone eating it.
A child under four?
Tips such as halving berries and chickpeas and chopping nuts finely, plate by plate.
5 · Find me a no-cook meal now
Too tired to cook? Eat in minutes.
Some nights, planning is too much. Tell NourishFix honestly how much energy you have, down to “I can open a container, but that’s it”, what protein you’ve got, and what you have to work with: a fridge, a can opener, a knife, a bowl and spoon.
It shows meals that need no heat at all and still fit your health focus, diet and allergies, for you or for everyone at home. Each one lists exactly what you need and two or three simple steps. Save the ones you like for next time.
It also works when cooking isn’t possible at all: a power cut, a new home, or a week with very little to work with.
- Open and drain the tuna.
- Serve on crispbread.
- Top with tomatoes, if you have them.

Private by design
Your health answers never leave your phone.
Everything you tell NourishFix about your health, your household and your meals is saved on your device. We can’t see it, and we don’t want to. Only a shopping list or household plan you choose to share, a food you look up and a recipe link you import pass through our server, so that they work. A shared plan says what to cook and serve, never why. Read the privacy notice
No account. Nothing to sign up for, no password to remember.
No ads or tracking in the app. Just anonymous counts, such as “a plan was made”, and error reports with nothing personal in them. You can switch both off.
Yours to keep. Save a copy of everything as one file, and restore it on another phone.
